Placing a bet is easy! Just head over to the Sportsbook section and select the sport you’re interested in from the menu on the left-hand side. Then, choose your event and the odds for the outcome you’re predicting. The odds will automatically be added to your betslip. Enter your desired bet amount and click “Make a bet” to place it.

We offer three main types of bets:

– Single Bet: A wager on a single event outcome. Your winnings = bet amount × odds.
– Accumulator Bet: A combined bet on multiple unrelated events. The odds are multiplied, increasing your potential payout. You can include up to 30 events.
– Multiple (System) Bet: A structured combination of accumulators from a set number of events. You can select up to 16 outcomes for this type of bet.

Click the “Live” tab in the main menu to access real-time events. Select your desired event and outcome; odds are updated live. Your selection goes directly into the betslip. Just enter your bet amount and hit “Place bet”.

Select two or more event outcomes (up to 30). In the betslip, choose the “Accumulator” tab, enter your amount, and click “Make a bet” to confirm.

Choose three or more outcomes (up to 16). In your betslip, select the “System bet” tab, pick the number of selections for each leg, enter your amount, and click “Make a bet”.

The betslip (found in the top-right of pre-game and live sections) is where you manage your bets. It shows selected outcomes, allows bet input, and displays odds and potential winnings. It’s your personal betting dashboard.

Unfortunately, once a bet is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, depending on the situation, you may still be able to use the Cashout option (check the Promo section for more info).

Please refer to our General Rules for Accepting Bets. For example, if an event is interrupted but at least partially completed (like 70 minutes of football), it may still be considered valid. Disputes are resolved based on the rules outlined in clause 20. For assistance, contact our support team.

A Freebet is a bonus allowing you to bet without using your own money. Only the profit is credited to your real balance.

Example:
You use a CAD 100 Freebet at 1.95 odds.
Winnings = CAD 100 × 1.95 = CAD 195
Freebet amount = CAD 100
Credited to your real account = CAD 195 – CAD 100 = CAD 95

A Bonus Account holds promotional funds you can use to bet (but not withdraw directly). These funds become withdrawable once you meet wagering requirements.

To activate your promo code:

Log in to your account.

Go to Profile > Bonuses.

Enter your code into the input field and hit Activate.
Note: Uppercase or lowercase letters don’t matter.

Log in and navigate to the Bet History section in your account. Choose your preferred time frame and bet status, then click “Show”. You can also find it directly under the betslip in the pre-game section.

After placing your bet via the betslip, a confirmation window will pop up. All confirmed bets also appear in your Bet History. Remember, placed bets are final and cannot be canceled.

Event times are displayed based on the time zone of your device. Make sure your device’s settings are accurate for correct scheduling.

The maximum win per betslip is CAD 100,000, or its equivalent in other currencies available on our platform.
